This place suits me perfectly with fast wi-fi, luggage storage, express check-in, and air conditioning. The staff even helped return my forgotten shower bag on my first stay. Highly recommend it, and I'm definitely coming back for another trip!

our stay at palazzo san luca was fantastic! the superior suite was spacious with two separate rooms, making it perfect for our family. everything was new and clean. we loved that it was in a quiet area yet so close to all the tourist attractions. having tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch, and we appreciated the convenience of a supermarket just 20 meters away for breakfast.
would recommend.

The rooftop balcony features spectacular views, offering a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Unique character fills the rooms, which have a charming historic ambiance.
The lack of elevators means serious stair climbing, especially if you're on the upper floors with heavy luggage. Rooms are a touch on the small side, and finding a convenient place for phones or toiletries near the bed can be a hassle. Water pressure is inconsistent, with a noticeable lag on heating up.

A gem near the Grand Canal
Our stay was delightful, especially the friendly staff who offered great local tips! The family room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our little ones to play. Plus, the location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions without excessive walking.
While our experience was wonderful, the lack of closet space was slightly inconvenient. It wasn't a huge issue for our short stay, but it would be ideal to have more storage for longer visits.

Perfect Location with Great Amenities!
We had a fantastic time during our 4-night stay in a two-bedroom apartment just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge. The apartment was spacious, equipped with a coffee machine, and offered a complimentary bottle of wine that made for a lovely evening. The staff provided quick assistance and helpful recommendations, which added to our enjoyable experience. Only drawback was that soundproofing could be improved, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

Great location with clean rooms and welcome Prosecco. No elevator was tough for bags.

The Superior Suite was super spacious and comfy for our family. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver in the heat. Plus, everything was clean and new, making it feel really cozy. Just keep in mind there’s no elevator, so carrying bags up to the 3rd floor was a workout. But the supermarket just 20 meters away was a nice touch for quick breakfast runs!
