Positive, The Double Room was comfy and clean, with good WiFi that let me handle my online class without issues. The location is excellent, just steps from the Rialto stop and a short walk to San Marco plaza. The staff was super helpful, holding our bags after checkout! 😊

our stay at palazzo san luca was fantastic! the superior suite was spacious with two separate rooms, making it perfect for our family. everything was new and clean. we loved that it was in a quiet area yet so close to all the tourist attractions. having tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch, and we appreciated the convenience of a supermarket just 20 meters away for breakfast.

The lack of elevators means serious stair climbing, especially if you're on the upper floors with heavy luggage. Rooms are a touch on the small side, and finding a convenient place for phones or toiletries near the bed can be a hassle. Water pressure is inconsistent, with a noticeable lag on heating up.

We had a fantastic time during our 4-night stay in a two-bedroom apartment just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge. The apartment was spacious, equipped with a coffee machine, and offered a complimentary bottle of wine that made for a lovely evening. The staff provided quick assistance and helpful recommendations, which added to our enjoyable experience. Only drawback was that soundproofing could be improved, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper!
